Time Runs Out
There I said it, I am a master manifester. I see what I want and I make it happen. I’m not special, well I am special but I’m no more special than you are you superb creature who is unlike any other.
What Is Manifestation?
Before we do a deep dive into manifestation, I’d like to tell you exactly what manifestation is. Manifestation is something that happens. Manifesting is something that you bring to pass or make real that was once in your mind as a thought. In order to bring your dreams to fruition quickly, you can use more than one of these manifestation techniques.
Think about it, every single thing that is in existence was once a thought. The thought came into a mind, plans were drawn, a bunch of stuff happened in between and voila! What was once a thought became a thing.
If you want to live your dream life it has to be planned. You can skip the planning and hope for a happy accident and sometimes that does happen, but that’s a purple unicorn. Purple unicorns are super rare and most likely don’t really exist so…
So let’s not waste any time, the life of your dreams is waiting. Here are the eight BEST manifestation techniques I used to manifest my dream life. Use them now so that you too can quickly manifest your dreams too!
Manifesting Technique 1 – De-clutter
Your environment greatly impacts your ability to manifest. If you’ve got junk cluttering up your space, manifesting is going to be tough. Get rid of anything that does not serve you. You don’t have to be a minimalist, but the less stuff you have the easier your life is. Stuff weighs you down. No matter which of these manifestation techniques you will use, de-clutter first!
Create a vacuum. Not the kind of vacuum that you use to vacuum your house or car, but by getting rid of something that you don’t need you will make a hole that can be filled by something you do want. When you get rid of something a vacuum is created and you will attract what you do want.
This vacuum can also be used for people. If you are with the wrong person or people, you are not going to get better until you de-clutter the old toxic relationships and friends. It’s been said that we are the average of the five people that we spend the most time with. Do you want to be that average or do you need to de-clutter some people so you can get a better circle of friends?
Technique 2 – Contentment
Right before I manifested my dream home I went through my entire old one and used the manifestation techniques of de-cluttering and contentment. Then, the strangest thing happened, I became completely content. I decided I didn’t even care if I got a bigger RV because my little old one was so cute and cozy.
Ultimately I knew it was too small for my growing family, but I was so content and grateful for what I already had. I know this is what put my manifestation on overdrive. Practice being thankful and content with what you do have. Being content doesn’t mean that you don’t want more, it means that you are happy regardless of where you are right now.
Being happy on the inside will help you manifest your dreams on the outside. The more content you are, the more the next manifestation techniques will be easy for you.
Technique 3 – Start Small
When you are new to manifesting if you want your manifesting faith and strength to grow start out with small increments. When you first start a workout program you don’t start running a marathon, you start training where you are in your fitness journey, the beginning. Once you get into better shape and you achieve your goals, you set bigger ones.
Manifesting is like working out, you start out with small goals until you get into shape and can manifest the big ones. No matter the size of your goal, you can use any of these manifestation techniques to help you on your way.
Let’s say you want to manifest a million dollars, I fully believe you can but that may not be your first manifesting step. You may even say, I can manifest a million dollars and believe that you can, but if your subconscious isn’t on board you won’t be ready just yet for that big goal.
How do you know if your subconscious isn’t on board with your goal? You will self-sabotage when it comes to things pertaining to the manifestation. I can’t say what your exact sabotages are because it’s all individual, but you know. Maybe you spend every penny you get or hide bills, or maybe you have never exceeded an income limit in a month or a year that you always wanted to hit. Chances are, you are self-sabotaging.
There are many things you can do to overcome self-sabotage so that you can use the methods as mentioned in the earlier manifestation techniques. My best advice for quick manifestation and to overcome those goals is to start small. You will build up your self-confidence and your ideas of self-worth so that you can go bigger and higher making those big dreams come true.
The Snowball Effect
You will create a snowball effect. If we start out with a giant snowball you made by just grabbing a big fluffy chunk of snow, it will go “poof” and drop out of your hands all over the ground. The snow didn’t have a strong foundation. That’s why lottery winners often blow through their winnings and end up broke, they had no foundation in place. But if you start out with a tiny tightly packed intention, you can roll it and make a bigger and stronger manifestation. You can pick it up and it won’t slip through your fingers. Then if for some reason you do lose it, you have the manifestation techniques so you can just manifest it again!
There are universal laws in place when it comes to manifestation. Like the law of gravity. You can’t see gravity, but you see its effects. If you jump off a building with no parachute and think the law doesn’t pertain to you, you’ll find out the second you hit the ground that you are bound by the law of gravity.
So start out small and build from there, as long as you can manifest the small stuff, you can manifest the big stuff.
Manifestation Technique 4 – Write it Down
Writing down your dreams and goals your mind will find a way to make it happen. When you write them down, write as much detail as you possibly can.
As I was manifesting my new RV home, I wrote down the 2020 Raptor Toy Hauler 415. I was not lukewarm in my manifestation. I specifically wrote down what I wanted. If you are not specific enough you can manifest something close, but maybe not exactly what you wanted.
I like to date my journal entries when I’m manifesting so when I look back at them I can see how long it took me.
You may be wondering how long it will take you to see your manifestation come to fruition. The answer to that is all up to you. You will make things happen as fast or as slow as you want them with these techniques. When you write your manifestations, if you feel an internal struggle or doubts that you can achieve it, that’s your subconscious telling you that you can’t do it. This brings us to one of our next manifestation techniques…
Technique 5 – Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind
Honestly, this is one of the manifestation techniques that takes the most work. New level new devil. Your subconscious can be in total agreement with you at one level, but when you go up to the next level of manifestation your subconscious can be really stubborn. Your subconscious mind is more powerful than your conscious mind.
Who is this subconscious mind? The subconscious mind is you, but things that you have buried deep inside from your entire life.
Old beliefs, self-sabotage, trauma, and memories that you don’t even remember are stored in the subconscious mind. Until you can overcome those thoughts and replace them with healing and positive thoughts you can get stuck. I know this is one of the manifestation techniques that can be difficult, but if this was easy we all would be billionaires.
Do The Work
The best way to reprogram your subconscious mind is by working on it daily. There are so many ways you can heal your mind. When we have a physical ailment, we think nothing of going to a doctor. Why is there a stigma attached to seeking help for our mental health? Life is traumatic, we all have traumas. The healing comes from telling your story. In order to heal from past trauma, we have to talk about it.
I’m not saying you cannot manifest your dreams if you don’t get therapy. Of course, you can manifest with or without psychotherapy, but if you want to break through all of your old baggage and become a happy and a master with these manifestation techniques that baggage has got to go! Find a way for you to de-clutter that past trauma and baggage.
Clearing Mental Baggage
There is more than one way to clear your mental baggage, just like you can heal yourself with natural remedies, you can find ways to heal your mind naturally too. What healing modalities you use is all up to you. I don’t only use one, I have million-dollar dreams so, in order to speed up the manifestation process, I use several of them!
Technique 6 – Speak Your Manifestation In The Present Tense
Talking about your dreams and goals as if they have already happened is one of the more fun manifestation techniques. Don’t go around telling people things that are not true, tell them to yourself.
One of the things I’ve started to do is to make voice memos of all the dreams I want to manifest in great detail. When making voice memos, I use a very calming voice so that I can naturally drift off to sleep, reprogramming my thoughts and dreams as if they already exist.
Playing those voice memos to myself as I drift off to sleep they get down deep into my subconscious mind. I then believe that they are already real so that I can manifest them more quickly. Once something becomes real in your mind, it manifests. Manifestation starts in the mind. The more manifestation techniques you use, the faster your mind will comply.
Manifestation Technique 7 – Use The Manifestation Hours
The manifestation hours is one of my favorite manifestation techniques of the moment. The manifestation hours are from 3-5 am. If you keep waking up between the hours of 3 and 5 am, your brain is telling you something. It’s telling you to focus on your manifestation before you drift off back to sleep.
When you wake up in the middle of the night, look at the clock. Is it between the hours of 3 and 5? If it is, congratulations you woke yourself up for manifestation prime time! Close your eyes and picture your big dream, that thing you want to manifest. Look at it, think about it, imagine it as already done, then go back to sleep. Set it and forget it.
Method 8 – Create a Vision Board
Even solely doing this technique you can manifest your dreams easily. I love creating vision boards as one of my manifesting techniques, especially because they always come true. You can create a physical vision board and a digital vision board. If you have to only pick one, the physical vision board is best in my opinion.
Get yourself some poster board and start printing out some images to go on your board. You can decorate your vision board anyway that you choose, as long as it contains the images that you would like to manifest.
