You’ve got big dreams, and you need manifestation techniques to make them happen yesterday. Who’s got years to wait around for your dreams to manifest?
WHAT IS MANIFESTATION?
Before we do a deep dive into manifestation, I’d like to tell you exactly what manifestation is. First, manifestation is something that happens.
Manifesting is something you bring to pass or make real that was once in your mind as a thought. To bring your dreams to fruition quickly, you can use more than one of these manifestation techniques.
YOUR DREAM LIFE
Every single thing that is in existence was once thought. First, the thought came into someone’s mind, plans were drawn, some other things happened, and voila, what was once a thought became a thing.
No matter what technique you use or what manifestation method you employ to attract your desire, set a powerful intention that you will manifest your dream life.
If you want to live your dream life, planning is necessary. Of course, you can skip the planning and hope for a happy accident. Yes, sometimes that does happen, but it’s rare.
So let’s not waste any time. The life of your dreams is waiting.
MANIFESTATION TECHNIQUE – DE-CLUTTER
De-cluttering is one of my favorite manifestation techniques. It’s a great manifestation exercise that you can do that instantly gives you a lift.
Your environment greatly impacts your ability to manifest.
If you’ve got junk cluttering up your space, manifesting is going to be tough.
You have permission to get rid of anything that does not serve you. You don’t have to be a minimalist, but the less stuff you have, the easier your life is.
Stuff weighs you down. No matter which of these manifestation techniques you will use, please de-clutter first!
Create a vacuum. Not the kind of vacuum that you use to vacuum your house or car, but by getting rid of something that you don’t need, you will make a space that can be filled by something you do want.
When you get rid of something, a vacuum is created, and you will attract what you want to fill that space.
This vacuum can also be used for people.
It’s been said that we are the average of the five people that we spend the most time with. Do you want to be that average, or do you need to de-clutter some people so you can get a better circle of friends?
You can de-clutter the old toxic relationships and friends creating space for new, healthy, and aligned ones.
Before I manifested my dream home, I went through my entire old one and used the manifestation techniques of de-cluttering and contentment.
Then, the strangest thing happened, I became completely content. I decided I didn’t care if I got a bigger home because my existing one was so cute and cozy.
Ultimately I knew it was too small for my growing family, but I was content and grateful for what I already had.
Contentment and gratitude were what put my manifestation on overdrive.
Being content doesn’t mean that you don’t want more. It means that you are happy regardless of where you are right now.
Being happy on the inside will help you manifest your dreams on the outside.
When you are new to manifesting if you want your manifesting faith and strength to grow, start out with small increments.
When you first start a workout program, you don’t start out by running a marathon.
You start training exactly where you are in your fitness journey, the beginning. Then, once you get into better shape and you achieve your goals, you set bigger ones.
Manifesting is like working out. First, you start with small goals until you get into shape and strong enough to manifest the big ones.
Then, no matter the size of your goal, you can use any of these manifestation techniques to help you on your way.
Let’s say you want to manifest a million dollars, I fully believe you can, but that may not be your first manifesting step.
You may even say, “I can manifest a million dollars.” and believe that you can. However, if your subconscious mind isn’t on board, you won’t be ready for that big goal yet, no matter how much positive thinking you use.
My best advice for a quick manifestation to happen and to reach your goals is to start small.
By starting small, you will build up your self-confidence and your ideas of self-worth. Once you have more confidence, you can dream bigger and higher and make those big dreams come true.
How do you know if your subconscious mind isn’t on board with your goal?
You will self-sabotage when you think the manifestation is starting to happen.
I can’t say what your exact sabotages are because it’s all individual.
Maybe you spend every penny you get or hide bills, or maybe you have never exceeded an income limit in a month or a year that you always wanted to hit. If those things are happening, chances are, you are self-sabotaging.
There are many things you can do to overcome self-sabotage, so that these manifestation techniques can work.
The first thing you can do is recognize the self-sabotage. One you recognize it, it’s easier to stop it.
Another thing you can do to stop self -sabotage is to speak affirmations. Say you do whatever the opposite of what you actually do.
For example, if you spend all your money all the time say “I have plenty of money to spend and I have plenty of money to save. I get to spend money and I save (add dollar amount you want to save) every month.”
THE SNOWBALL EFFECT
You will create a snowball effect once you start manifesting your desires.
Start with a nice strong tightly packed snowball.
If we start out with a giant snowball made by just grabbing a big fluffy chunk of snow, it will be difficult to grasp.
That fluffy snow won’t have a strong foundation and it won’t easily roll into a snowball.
But if you start out with a tiny, tightly packed solid snowball, you can roll it and make it bigger and stronger.
Start out by manifesting small things (a solid foundation) and grow that into manifesting big things creating a snowball effect.
If you jump off a building with no parachute and think the law doesn’t pertain to you, you’ll find out the hard way that you were bound by the law of gravity.
There are universal laws in place when it comes to manifestation.
The other universal laws are similar to the law of gravity in some ways. You can’t see gravity, but that doesn’t make it any less real.
The law of attraction is a universal law. With the law of attraction, think of what you want and you attract it.
The law of intention is another universal law you can use for manifestation.
Intention can help you hone in on the process and it only takes a moment.
Intention in its simplest form, close your eyes and think of your desired outcome.
WRITE IT DOWN
Writing down your dreams and goals your mind will find a way to make it happen.
Use a journal dedicated to manifestation, this way, you will have all of your dreams and goals in one place.
When you write your desired reality down, write as much detail as possible if specifics are your jam.
If you are not a specific manifester, write down how you feel in your new home.
If feelings are the way you manifest, write how you feel waking up in that new bed in your new home or how it feels to look at what the universe gave you after your manifestation came to pass.
As a specific manifester, I specifically wrote down all the details of what I wanted. If specifics are your thing and you are not specific enough, you may get something close to what you want but not exactly.
As I was manifesting my new home, I wrote down the exact details I desired, and I manifested exactly what I wanted down to the last detail.
DATE YOUR JOURNAL
I like to date my journal entries when I’m manifesting, so I can see how long it took me when I look back at my progress.
You may be wondering how long it will take you to see your manifestation come to fruition. The answer to that is all up to you.
You will make things happen as fast or as slow as you want them with these techniques. When you write your manifestations,
if you feel an internal struggle or doubts that you can achieve it, that’s your subconscious telling you that you can’t do it. This brings us to one of our next manifestation techniques…
REPROGRAMMING YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND
Honestly, this is one of the manifestation techniques that takes the most work.
The new level will give you a new devil, right?
Your subconscious can be in total agreement with you at one level, but when you go up to the next level of manifestation, your subconscious can be stubborn.
Your subconscious mind is more powerful than your conscious mind, and it wants to protect you. So it wants to cling to that old belief because it feels that is how you are safe.
Who is this subconscious mind? The subconscious mind is you, but things that you have buried deep inside from your entire life.
Old limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, trauma and memories that you don’t even remember are stored in the subconscious mind.
Until you can overcome those thoughts and replace them with healing and positive thoughts, you can get stuck. I know this is one of the manifestation techniques that can be difficult, but if this was easy, we all would be billionaires.
DO THE WORK
The best way to reprogram your subconscious mind is by working on it daily.
There are so many ways you can heal your mind. But, when we have a physical ailment, we think nothing of going to a doctor.
Why is there a stigma attached to seeking help for our mental health? Life is traumatic, we all have traumas, and the healing comes from telling your story.
To heal from past trauma, we have to talk about it.
I’m not saying you cannot manifest your dreams if you don’t get therapy.
Of course, you can manifest with or without psychotherapy, but if you want to break through all of your old baggage and become a happy master of manifestation, that old mental baggage has got to go!
Find a way for you to de-clutter that past trauma and baggage that works best for you.
CLEARING MENTAL BAGGAGE
There is more than one way to clear your mental baggage.
Just like you can heal yourself with natural remedies, you can find ways to heal your mind naturally, too.
What healing modalities you use is all up to you. I don’t only use one. I have billion-dollar dreams so, to speed up the manifestation process, I use several of them, such as crystals, therapy, EFT Tapping, Shadow Work, Journaling, and more.
SPEAK YOUR MANIFESTATION IN THE PRESENT TENSE
Talking about your dreams and goals as if they have already happened is one of the most fun manifestation techniques.
I’m not telling you to go around telling people things that are not true. You tell them to yourself.
One of the things I’ve started to do is make voice memos of all the dreams I want to manifest in great detail.
Playing those voice memos to myself as I drift off to sleep, they get down deep into my subconscious mind.
When making voice memos, I use a very calming voice to naturally drift off to sleep, reprogramming my thoughts and dreams as if they already exist.
I then believe that they are already real so that I can manifest them more quickly.
Once something becomes real in your mind, it manifests. Manifestation starts in your mind. The more manifestation techniques you use, the faster your mind will comply.
BECOME A MANIFESTATION MASTER

THE MANIFESTATION HOURS
The manifestation hours are one of my favorite manifestation techniques of the moment. This is actually an advanced manifestation technique, but it’s so easy to do.
The manifestation hours are from 3-5 am. So if you keep waking up between the hours of 3 and 5 am, your brain is telling you something. It’s telling you to focus on your manifestation before you drift off back to sleep.
When you wake up in the middle of the night, look at the clock. Is it between the hours of 3 and 5? If it is, congratulations, you woke yourself up for manifestation prime time!
Close your eyes and picture your big dream, that thing you want to manifest. Look at it, think about it, imagine it as already done, then go back to sleep. Set it and forget it.
CREATE A VISION BOARD
Even solely doing this visualization technique, you can manifest your dreams easily.
Creating vision boards as one of my favorite manifesting techniques, because they are so much fun and they always come true.

You can decorate your vision board any way you choose, just be sure it contains the images you would like to manifest.
