SET YOUR INTENTION
As always, when you are starting the manifestation process, always set your intention.
Take a moment and close your eyes and think about what you want to manifest and why.
What is it that you want? Why do you want it? Set your intention before you start manifesting so that it is productive.
GOAL SETTING STATEMENT

Goal setting and manifestation go hand in hand. I’ve found the best way to start goal setting is to craft a goal-setting statement.
KEEP IT SIMPLE BY WRITING DOWN WHAT YOU WANT IN A GOAL SETTING STATEMENT:
I want to – then write what you want to accomplish
So I can – fill in the end result
It will be done by – date it with the date you will accomplish it by
Signature – sign it to make a legally binding contract between yourself and the universe
Now, it may seem a little off to write your goal-setting statement in the future tense, but it’s a goal, and goals are meant to be accomplished in the future.
Before you get your belief anchored in for manifestation, you have to figure out what you want and why.
RAISE YOUR VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY

When you want to raise something, your vibration needs to be high. The higher the vibration, the faster you can manifest.
WAYS TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION:
Listen to music that makes you happy, any kind of music that makes you feel happy.
Write a few things in your gratitude journal that you are grateful for and focus on the feeling of how you will feel when your manifestation happens.
WORK BACKWARD
Create your master plan. Write the thing you want to manifest and list it from the end result forward.
Write what needs to happen for each step to be completed to achieve your desire.
You can create your manifestation plan much easier than just keeping it in your head when you can get it onto paper. Think of it like when you go grocery shopping. If you don’t make a list, you forget stuff.
TAKE INSPIRED ACTION

Once you have set your intention, crafted your goal-setting statement, and you have raised your vibrational frequency, you’re ready to take inspired action.
Once you get your goal on paper, your mind starts to design a map to show you how to manifest something you want.
Your list is your blueprint for the manifestation process.
IDENTIFY LIMITING BELIEFS
Are there any prevailing negative thoughts that you have toward your manifestation?
Any thoughts you hear yourself thinking that it won’t happen or it cannot be done? Write them down and acknowledge those limiting beliefs. Then write the opposite.
For example, “I can’t manifest $10,000” it’s too hard, it’s impossible becomes “I can manifest $10,000 it’s easy and possible.”
You don’t have to ignore your limiting beliefs; you can acknowledge them and replace them with an affirmation.
To affirm something means “to state as a fact.” Thus, you can reprogram your subconscious mind by stating your desired result as a fact.
“I manifest thousands of dollars while I sleep.”
You can get that negative belief out of your mind and reframe it with an affirmation. Fortunately, this will result in your negative beliefs being reprogrammed into positive ones.
CREATIVE VISUALIZATION
You can use creative visualization as a tool how to manifest something.
What is creative visualization? Creative visualization is when you visualize something as if it were actually happening.
Your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between something really happening and actually happening when you do it well.
You can close your eyes or keep them open (I personally do better with my eyes closed.) and play the scene in your mind.
Play the scene with all the details. You accomplish your goal, how it feels, how it looks, where you are, and how it happens.
The clearer your visualization, the faster it works because it’s easier to believe.
THE BEST TIMES TO VISUALIZE
Your mind is most receptive to manifest something when you first wake up in the morning and right before you fall asleep at night.
You can take a moment when you wake up and before you go to sleep to run through the scene in your mind.
THE MANIFESTING HOURS
The manifesting hours are an effective time to visualize. The manifesting hours are between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
If you wake up during the manifesting hours, you can take advantage of it and visualize your manifestation for a minute or two before you drift back to sleep.
FIND YOUR METHOD

There are so many different manifestation methods you can use when learning how to manifest something. But, of course, the best method is the one that works for you.
Do you have a tried and true manifestation method that always seems to work?
Maybe you haven’t found the manifesting method that works best for you yet. Not to worry, you can use as many techniques as you would like.
It’s kind of like making a recipe; the more you practice making a dish, the better you get at it, and you can recreate it with what best suits your tastes.
DIFFERENT METHODS TO TEST
The manifesting methods you can test out are endless. Here are a few easy ones you can test out to get started.
Test one, test all, keep it light-hearted and fun and do more of what works.
The idea is to have fun with it because that will keep your vibration high. When you match your vibration, it makes it so much easier to manifest.
MANIFESTING METHODS:
Manifest On Paper – By creating a manifestation list.
Scripting – Write what you want to manifest. Write your life how you want it to be. Write in the present tense like it’s already happened.
55 X 5 is a great way to learn how to manifest because it’s simple and to the point. First, write one sentence of what you want to manifest in the present tense. For example, “I’m so happy now that I have manifested $10,000” or whatever you want to manifest.
Manifest With Water – Water holds your intention, and you can put it into the water by writing it down and placing the paper under your water bottle, then drink the water, and your manifestation becomes a part of you.
Vision Board – An enjoyable way to put all of your dreams together in a visual way so that you can keep your dreams at the forefront of your mind.
Manifest with crystals – Crystals are a great manifestation tool and can help you with your manifestation practice.
STUDY & PRACTICE
The best way to learn how to manifest something is to study and practice. It’s just like anything else in life. If you want to master it, you have to study and practice.
The more you practice keeping your vibration high, the better you get at manifesting and the faster it happens.
What used to take me years to manifest now happens anywhere from a week to a day. Sometimes it even happens overnight!
YOUR MIND IS A POWERFUL TOOL

Your mind is potent, and the universe wants to conspire for your success.
When you combine goal setting with manifestation, you become completely unstoppable.
You are always manifesting. Everything that is exists was once thought.
The things in your life that you like were manifested and the things that you don’t like. So you may as well manifest something epic, right?!
IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE DIFFICULT
If it feels overwhelming, just do something small. You don’t have to make it difficult. Manifesting is allowed to be easy.
Manifesting is supposed to be fun. However, your manifestation journey is unique to you. What works for one person doesn’t always work for another.
You will know what works. When you find what works do more of that. When you learn how to manifest something, take note and remember what worked so that you can use it again and again.
