RECOGNIZE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS
Negative thoughts come, and if you get into the habit of recognizing them, you can make that mindset shift.
Negative thoughts can be really sneaky. So the sooner that you stop the negativity, the easier it is.
Get into the habit of recognizing them and replacing the negative thoughts with positive ones.
You can even think of a subject that you may be having trouble with and write down all the negative thoughts you have about it.
It’s easier to recognize the negative thoughts you have when you first identify them.
Once those thoughts have been identified, you will be much more likely to notice when you think them in the future.
FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE

You can even do some “opposite talk,” as I like to call it. Instead of saying, “I am in a bad financial situation.” Say, “My financial situation is improving every day.”

You can even make a list of all the positive things that have happened for you recently, and when you see them all written down, it will make you feel so good.
It’s easier to focus on the positive when you see it in writing.

Don’t let fear stand in your way when you have a problem. Instead, start thinking about how you can solve the problem.
Problems are opportunities. It may seem bad at the moment, but you can focus on finding a solution that will give you more confidence to keep solving more problems.
Businesses are built around solving problems. Turn your problems into solutions, and they may even make you some money.
THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX
Instead of having a fixed mindset, you can have a growth mindset when approaching problems.
Grab your pen and paper and brainstorm all the solutions you can think of.

Take off your shoes and put your bare feet in the soft grass, and an hour later, you will have a brand new mindset.
IDENTIFY LIMITING BELIEFS
Do you have limiting beliefs around your financial goals? You don’t have to, you know. You can even manifest money like magic.
Why does there need to be any block to you having financial freedom? Did you just think of a reason? That’s a limiting belief.
When you begin to identify any limiting beliefs, you can then change your thinking.
Whoever said money can’t buy happiness must never have been broke.
There is nothing wrong with wanting to be financially secure. However, you can’t help anyone if you don’t have the money to do it.

Society has told us that we have to work hard to be successful.
Yes, of course, you can work hard, but not all the time. You deserve a break too. Indulge in some self-care for a mindset reset.
Self-care doesn’t have to be expensive. A nap in a hammock can do wonders for the most overworked mind.
DE-CLUTTER NEGATIVE PEOPLE
You don’t need to hoard toxic friends who keep you stuck in a negative mindset.
It’s not a bad thing to make your mental health a priority.

Your stomach and your mind are closely related. So when you are hungry, it’s not easy to be positive.
When you don’t have your meals prepared ahead of time, you grab for quick and easy things. Unfortunately, most of the time, that is junk.
When you prepare your meals ahead of time, you can make healthy choices easier.
Even if you make a salad and put it in a container for later, it makes having a healthy meal as easy as reaching into the fridge.
